Children Self Defense (Ages 4-8)

This class will provide you and your child with knowledge of the dangers in society. Remember parents you cannot always be there to protect your children. Let's give them the tools they need to prevent and recognize dangerous situations. After classroom time, we will break into exercise time where we will demonstrate and practice what to do if a dangerous situation arises. Parents must be present. This is for the safety of your children. This is a class to give you the skills. Parents will need to practice this at home with your children to retain the skills. Please bring tennis shoes and wear comfortable clothing. No jeans please. 

Children Self Defense (Ages 9-12)

This class I feel is without a doubt one of the most important classes. When a child reaches this age big decisions are made and peer pressures. We will teach your child the self confidence to know it is ok to say no. Recognizing situations that are not safe. Prevention is the key. Dangers of social media. This class will also include exercise time. They will learn how to defend themselves from an attack. Please bring tennis shoes and wear comfortable clothing. No jeans please.

Teen Self Defense (Ages 13-17)

This class will teach your child the dangers in society, human trafficking, social media, avoiding a bad situation, situational awareness, and pressures of dating. In the exercise portion of this class, they will learn how to defend themselves from an attack. Please bring tennis shoes and wear comfortable clothing. No jeans please.

Women's Intro to Self Defense

All fitness levels are welcome. This class begins with some classroom time. During classroom we will discuss the importance of self defense and incident avoidance. The last part of class we will learn holds, strikes, and escaping your attacker. Please bring tennis shoes, wear comfortable clothing and bring a mouthguard.

Women's Self Defense Level 1

All fitness levels are welcome. YOU MUST TAKE AND SUCCESSFULLY PASS INTRO CLASS PRIOR TO TAKING LEVEL 1. Level 1 we will have a short amount of classroom time. Last part of this class we will learn more advanced moves. We will push you to think critically as well as physically respond to an attacker.  Please bring tennis shoes, wear comfortable clothing and bring a mouthguard.

Women's Self Defense Level 2

All fitness levels are welcome. YOU MUST TAKE AND SUCCESSFULLY PASS INTRO & LEVEL 1 CLASSES PRIOR TO TAKING LEVEL 2. Level 2  is my absolute favorite class. Very short review in classroom. Now this is where we break into the fun stuff. We will have the opportunity to exercise what we have learned in past classes on a real life attacker. You do not have to participate in this if it makes you uncomfortable. (It's definitely a good stress relieving activity.) We will be using advance self defense in this class. Please bring tennis shoes, wear comfortable clothing and bring a mouthguard.
